2008 BLACKSTONE VALLEY CELTIC FESTIVAL

AN INVITATION TO SUPPLIERS OF CELTIC MERCHANDISE

Welcome! We invite professional vendors of quality Celtic themed merchandise, arts, jewelry, musical instruments, clothing, flags and banners, books, all things all things of the Celtic tradition to join our festival.

The festival will feature a "Celtic Village," located inside a stand of tall hemlocks lakeside, which is designed for shopping. The village will be inside the concert grounds and immediately adjacent to the outdoor theater. It is designed for tents only. It will accommodate up to a maximum of 52 vendors. (See vendor agreement for more details.)

There are a small number of premium vendor spaces along the main entrance aisle connecting the Main Entrance to the Outdoor Theater and Pub Pavilion. Some of these spots are in a small wooden grove, but the ones along the main walk are on hard pavement area and can only accommodate tents that stand on pavement. Please indicate accordingly.

Trailer and Van merchandisers will be located in an area adjacent to the Celtic Village. Van and Trailers can not be accommodated inside the "Village."

While nothing in the festival business is ever certain, we are hoping for crowds even larger than the 4-5,000 we have experienced in the past few years.
